You may track your order using the following platforms:

All orders

Track your parcel via SingPost using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.

Orders shipped to the United States, Canada, Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, and Spain

You may also track your parcel via JustShip using the same tracking number provided.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

Refunds and Exchanges

No refunds or exchanges will be accepted. Make sure you choose the right size and provide the correct mailing address because all sales are final. Ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. We will not be held responsible for any loss or delay caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you entered an invalid shipping address and the product is returned to me, you must pay for the new shipping label to be issued to your updated shipping address. If you get a faulty item (one that has unintended holes, scratches, tears, or stains), please contact [email protected] with your purchase number and any images of any defects you find. This will allow us to determine how to proceed.

Lost or Delivered Packages

Once an order has been shipped, the customer assumes responsibility for the package.

If tracking information shows that the package has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, Angel Era is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been stolen or misplaced after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We are not liable for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Delivery Confirmation Policy

All orders are shipped with tracking. Once tracking shows a status of “Delivered,” the order is considered fulfilled.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate and secure for delivery.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days for in-stock (ready-made) items.

For pre-order items, processing time is approximately 20-30 business days.

Pre-order timelines reflect production time and do not include shipping time.

During drops, launches, or high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.

If your order contains both ready-made and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped once all items are available unless otherwise stated.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for customs fees, taxes, and import duties.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. However, we cannot guarantee exact color accuracy due to screen differences.
